Why Must Injured Workers Create a #CommitteeOfBloggers?

1. Yep. Defense attorney in my #TBI case threatened he may have to curtail email communications with me if I continue to put them on the internet. Oh how I shuddered at his polite threat.

   He also gets annoyed when I respond to his emails and copy 10-30 interested parties… He calls them “supplemental people”…..

   His emails always make me laugh first, then “spit” then head for my keyboard. It is quite a study in Corporate Psychopaths.

   I wished him a nice weekend and that I hope he enjoy enjoys the blogs. As you know, I’m recovering from a traumatic brain injury, and working memory… Short term memory that …is a huge challenge. I discovered that I have about 90 draft blogs on variety of topics…

   And since they are turning up the financial terrorism again I guess I will just have to publish all 90 of them, several to a few or many a day.

   Today’s topics were on class action, fraudulent medical reports, and some other things. I post them on LinkedIn and then they go to Twitter automatically, and then a page or two here in our little Facebook ghetto. O.o…. once or twice a day I share special little post in approximately 50 groups on LinkedIn….just sayin. …as a practical reminder that #InjuredWorkersUniting #SilentNoMore. ….and WE ARE THE MEDIA NOW.

We must speak up Because: An ex post facto law is considered a hallmark of tyranny because it deprives people of a sense of what behavior will or will not be punished and allows for random punishment at the whim of those in power. (how many RETROACTIVE changes did SB 863 make?? How many fraudulently denied claims did SB 863 help to conceal and/or is it concealing now?? ) If an out of state medical reviewer fraudulently denies a claim will the California Medical Board or the California WCAB or the California Department of Insurance or the District Attorneys Office hold the insurance carrier or the medical reviewer accountable for their actions?? If the insurance carrier / Medical reviewer fraudulently denied the claim, put a stamp on the envelope and mailed it across state lines, isn’t that a crime in itself???
